1. Services Offered

• We provide out-of-warranty water purifier repair and maintenance services.
• We are not an authorized service center of any brand. All repairs are carried out by our independent technicians.
• Service is available in Mumbai and Mira-Bhayandar.

2. Service Charges & Payments

• A standard service charge of ₹199 is applicable for inspection and doorstep visits.
• Additional charges may apply for spare parts or major repairs.
• Payments must be made after completion of service via cash, UPI, or other accepted payment methods.

3. Warranty on Repairs & Products

• All spare parts provided and installed by Aqua Star Service come with a 90 days warranty against manufacturing defects.
• Warranty applies only to the specific replaced part and not to the entire purifier.
• The warranty is void if:
  
  • The purifier is tampered with by another technician.
  • The purifier is misused, improperly maintained, or damaged due to external factors (power fluctuations, water quality issues, etc.).
  • Consumables like filters, membranes, or cartridges are excluded from warranty.

4. Appointment & Cancellation

• Service appointments are subject to technician availability.
• If you need to reschedule or cancel, please inform us at least 2 hours in advance.
• In case of last-minute cancellations after technician arrival, the service charge will still be applicable.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must provide accurate details about the water purifier issue.
• Customers should ensure a safe working environment for our technicians.
• Any concealed or undisclosed issues may lead to additional costs.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Aqua Star Service is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service delays, part unavailability, or equipment failure beyond our control.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted performance of repaired appliances beyond the warranty period.

7. Privacy & Data Links

• Any personal information you share (name, contact number, address) will be used only for service purposes.
• We do not share or sell customer data to third parties. (Refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.)

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
